Ours is a town with many hubs. We have the unique Dunedin real estate arena which offers much more than your typical Tampa Bay residential homes fare; and we have the classic small town Main Street area with its beautiful parks, pubs, ice cream parlors, and eclectic array of privately owned shops and restaurants.
Part of the pride of Dunedin Fl is centered around our Dunedin Marina located on the Intracoastal Waterway between the Dunedin and Clearwater Causeways. Across from Edgewater Park, it is a short stroll to the west end of Main Street.
The marina is completely self-supporting as its operational costs are funded solely from the slip and ramp fees. While we do rent the permanent slips to residents only, we do have availability for handicap-accessible slips and can accommodate both commercial and transient slips.
